woocategory type has definite image size, even if you set it much bigger, it will be resized. There is also option to disable resize

Perfect. Tested using Taxonomy archive and was able to get control of which categories to use. Thanks.

But the images now became smaller. Saw that in the shortcode I used before starting to use taxonomy archive block, image heigth were 80:

[wpsm_tax_archive type="woocategory" taxonomy="product_cat" imageheight="80" classcol="col_wrap_fourth"]

Do you know if there is a way to get control og image size and use same image size as in  shortcode?

FYI: Tried adding product_cat" imageheight="80 in advanced css class, but saw no change. 

first of all, there is Taxonomy archive block which better to use instead shortcode

Second, 

add id of category to include= parameter and add also parameter excludeToggle=1, this will use include parameter as exclude
