You can't change date format in layouts without customization, but you can use other list layout. Enable it in theme options - general - archive layout

i dont want to use "time ago" on frontpage. 

i want to use "date" like in details of my deals, also on frontpage.

how can i change "time ago" to "published date" on frontpage?
