Then you have something wrong. Post meta can’t take 1mb for 1 item. Maybe
you have many extra complex fields

mhm well we have +2k products and our post_meta table is +2gig.

Yes in post meta. This is best way of you want to have filtering posts by
value

I am now usingf the YITH Wishlist and i know that its saves the data to its own db table. Where does your Wishlist save its data?
