from your video I don't understand where the problem. Yes, click will not
work on menu, because it works on Hover. I don't see problem here. You
should fix problem on your site related to cache plugin, this is main
problem on your site because scripts are not loaded immediately. And this
is why hover works with delay and users try to click.

problem on your site because you have specific cache plugin that changes
script loading. So, technically, when site is loaded, menu script is not
and user will see this problem that menu is not opened on hover
