if i have added manually on menu with page link it working like other menu but when i active it by header element then on lick icon not redirecting to wishlist page

option for header icons are in theme options - header option. Option on your screenshot is not for header icon, it has another purpose

I have added wish-list page and i have added short code too.

but from menu bar when i click for see the wishlist items it not working. just refresh the page. screenshot attached.

please help me with this.
