I'm encountering difficulties parsing data with the OfferBox module in Content Egg. While support previously mentioned Amazon restricting parsing, this information wasn't readily available in your documentation. This lack of transparency makes it challenging to utilize the free version, which is advertised as sufficient for basic use.

Past support interactions haven't been particularly helpful. Short responses directing me to potentially outdated documentation (e.g., Amazon parsing restrictions not mentioned) and suggestions for premium plugins don't address the limitations of the free version.

Considering the premium theme's cost, I'm hesitant to invest further if the current support experience and documentation quality are representative. To avoid a refund request, I'd appreciate the following:

-Clear and up-to-date documentation on parsing with Content Egg, including a list of supported and restricted websites.

-Clarification on the specific modules and parsing functionalities available in the free version.

-More in-depth answers to my questions that address my specific concerns.

-Removal of any outdated information, particularly videos that showcase Amazon data parsing with OfferBox if it's no longer possible.
