Admin access to your site where you have a problem

Sorry about that?  Admin access to wp?  Because I don't have the wp that the purchase code is activated on.

My username (internetmoneyirl) and purchase code are both accepted when I first put them in the activate.

Then I get a message stating that it is active somewhere else and needs to be deactivated.

Then when I type the same username and purchase code, it returns with an error message reading that the username or purchase code is incorrect.
