I found that this is the Page optimization issue. Now fixed.

504 is more server error, I recommend to write to hoster

While checking in Chrome inspection tool following error is seen:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 504 ()

flatpickr.css

I couldn't understood that the css file is not loading even after deactivating all plugins assuming it's a cache or optimization issue.

The date picker to set coupon Expiry date is not working suddenly. I am not able to set the it. I checked after deactivating all plugins except Rehub framework plugin but still not working. It must be a Theme issue. Please check once and help to resolve the issue.
