There is no ready shortcode for this, but you can investigate file
taxonomy-dealstore.php to find how it’s made. There is taxonomy for expired
posts that can be used to get them

I just wanted to show the expired coupons after all active coupons under a title 'Coupons you missed' instead showing in a filter.

Also do not want to show expired coupons on 'All' filter tab.

Any php code could I try?

No, but it’s already visible in Expired section
