Ok. I found some info on this. Is it possible to add more social links like Tumblr, Reddit, Medium, Plurk, Mastodon, Threads etc. ?

Because there is no sense to lose link juice.

Can you please elaborate why the social profile links added through the theme options are nofollow? Isn't not bad for SEO?

Social profiles are also important to attract more visitors. So these need to be followed by search engines.
