It’s currently not working on some hostings but we do not have plans to
update it soon so if you are In hurry then better to find alternatives

But I need to get this plugin working. Is it not working due to the hosting? If it's not working due to the hosting, then which hosting will it work on? Or is it not working because of some other problem with the plugin? Should I share my website login info? Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you.

Hi. Yes, on some hostings it will not work. Remove plugin, it’s not
required for theme
