I didn't use Ultimate member so I can't advice you. Also, I don't see
anything in your log. All of these are regular wordpess core functions.
Check number of your posts, products, plugins. Maybe you used bulk importing

Theme doesn't check any updates as it doesn't have such option. You should
check plugins which request external connections, like social plugins,
price comparison, etc

Rehub is checking for update whenever a post or page is updated from admin

How to stop this behavior?
