Deactivate also all plugins, deactivate your customizations. Install security plugin and test your site, it can be hacked

please remove all your wrong installs and install actual correct theme with proper installation without secondary folder

One more thing, see all attached screenshots.
When i click on customize theme details show me right version but when i click on preview theme details show me old version and when i click on preview then show me error attaching here for your ref.

I have already done this. But nothing is happened thats why i activate your support for help :)

See attached screenshot, Why theme is showing activate where as it is already activated. I think there should be deactivate as theme is already activated.

Response awaited. Please take this on priority.

I have never changed any settings. Everything is still exactly as it was from the day I purchased it until now. Only i update theme once you send update regarding theme upgradation. If you find the issue, please let me know exactly where the change is needed. If possible, you may fix it directly.
