You should check Seo by yoast settings. Due to code, I see that it was added by plugin, but I can't tell you which plugin. I can tell you only that this plugin inits before WP bakery.

Check it again please, I have cleared all cache and removed all the cache plugins. still the problem exits. Its a theme problem, as in the home page source code it shows the line: <meta name='robots' content='noindex,follow' /> , which means not indexable by search engines. Also, in yoast seo plugin> robots.txt file > everything is fine. How to resolve this issue ??

You didn't disable any cache. It's clearly visible in code of page.

On the home page below, on desktop and mobile both..the widget is not displaying (deals & coupons widget)

Below is the attached screenshot of the problem shown, the deals and coupons page unexpectedly stopped displaying the coupons, and its widget deals & coupons grid is not displaying any coupons.
