all our plugins dont use cookies and don't store user's data. Woocommerce can use, but you can find a lot of info about woocommerce in google. It also stores only if you have cart on site and user registration.

Does this also include the plugins that the theme requires, which are supported by wpsoul? Is there a specific link that you can provide for these plugins that explains how the ReHub plugins use cookies?

I am having difficulty finding information about RH Frontend Posting, RH WooCommerce Tools, RH BuddyPress Member Types, WP All Import - Addons: ReHub, WooCommerce, & Content Egg, WPSM Specification Fields

Yes. This is what I am doing with each one that does not have a clear cookie policy. I decided it was a good idea to reach out to theme creator also and ensure that I have covered by bases. Thank you for your quick response. :)

Rehub is totally GDPR ready and doesn't collect anything. It stores some user's info if you use wishlist or comparison, but this info is randomized, so, it doesn't store real user's data. Does Rehub collect any user data?

As a third party to my site, I am curious if the ReHub theme or any plugins that are required by the theme uses cookies or collects ANY type of user data?

If so:

What personal details/user information is collected?

Why is it necessary to collect this information?

What purpose does collecting the information serve for the plugin?

Do you store the information on servers?

Do you store any type of payment information?

If so, how long is it stored?

Where are your servers located (They want to know what countries the information is being provided to)

What employees of Youzer have access to this information?

How can users request copies of the stored information?

Can the users request that stored information be deleted?

I am attempting to ensure compliance with GDPR with regards to the EU & privacy concerns/data collection for a new website I am working on.

I am unable to find any information whatsoever regarding what types of data that the plugin collects on users or if it collects any at all. I am trying to stay ahead of the curve and ensure that I am doing my part to comply and stay out of hot water.

Thank you in advance for your response.
