it's because you are using cache plugin. Elementor adds all styles as separate files. But your cache plugin caches them, so, you don't see new files when you logged out

I've already mentioned you the problem in my previous messages, however, I'm writing this again for your clarification.
I've made some changes on the homepage of my website (SCREENSHOTS OF WHICH ARE MENTIONED BELOW I SWEAR) but however, the changes are visible until I'm signed in my wordpress admin panel. 
After logging out from the admin panel, or viewing the public version of the site, the changes I made are not in right format. It is so weird that I even can't explain this to you.
I've already deleted all the cache from cloudflare and through a cache plugin but nothing changed.

When I add some heading and text area in my site, it is working perfectly only when I loged in in to wp admin panel. If I loged out it’s not showing correctly. i have cleared wp cache and browser cache but still it’s not working correctly, please advise me what i can do for this?
