If you disable Buddypress, it will be no link to buddypress profile

What I want to eliminate is not the side bar with the vendor information, which is that the short code does.  What I want, is that inside the product page where it says sold by, the name appears twice, the first one takes you to the vendor store, the other one to the vendor buddy profile.   I want to delete that second link.

Ok.  But I don´t want Buddypress to appear on my site.  Can I make it not visible?

You don't have Buddypress plugin on site, so, user can't change his own
account and avatar on site. Install and you will have this option
