You will get information inside your affiliate network which you use for adding offers to site. To be truth I don;t think that Amazon provide cashback possibility so I don't know where you found these parameters

I have added below mentioned parameter in Theme option – Affiliate – Cashback Options

But i want to know, after adding these parameter where can i get my cashback tracked information for the particular user in my website?

However,  the cashback functionality is still on working on my website.
