your table of contents is too big to be visible in screen. So, it's not
relevant to be in sidebar, you can use it inside post content or just show
only h2 headings, because I don't see reasons to show also h3. To show only
h2, simply add h2 in shortcode like [shortcode h2]

Also on the bottom of the post TOC keeps going over the footer.
