this is not related to theme. You have multisite install or non regular Wordpress installation. 403 means that plugin blocks request. I checked which plugin blocks it and find that it's Wordfence, but your site doesn't have wordfence, so, it's enabled on Multisite. You need to remove it because your site already has another security plugin Sucure Security and they conflict. 

Also, even if I disable Jetpack, it show me that you need to proper connect Jetpack and show me that your site is copy of other site semaiah.com I don't know what it means, I think it's wrong multisite installation. 

Also, you should enable ONLY plugins which you use on site. You enabled all bonus and all possible plugins at once, which makes site slow. I deactivated all of them, activate only those which you use
