It’s not clear how you made custom color in Elementor if you don’t know how
to do this. I don’t recommend to change any settings if you don’t
understand what it does

Ok, so:

1. I don't know where would I have to change those settings in Elementor for the menu and search? Don't those need to be changed globally? Where? I just want to change the attached bg and font color. 
2. Also, you say remove global settings from Elementor and don't use them - do you mean from the attached??? Won't that just destroy my site? How would I know what I added in here and what in Theme? What if I remove something from here that is crucial to the theme? 

you set your colors in Elementor. Please, remove all global settings from Elementor and never use them

Hi, 

Another mobile/tablet issue is with the Menu, Search - where can I change the colors of that? I would like the font to be blue on white background. 

There is also some strange padding or margin on the search which I can't locate on how to remove, if you can help me figure out that too. 

It's on all pages. Not just the one below.
