It's not from theme, so you are using custom plugin which modifies category
description area or you use customization of your site

still cache is enabled. Now I see REDIS cache. 

Also, your category description is controlled by custom plugin. Maybe it's SEO plugin, try to disable temporarily and check it

why the top category description is not visible? I added this description for the footer option it is visible
